Kvass. Not sure if it counts as "soda", all technicalities considered (it is brewed, not mixed and carbonated), but... it is a soft drink (well, mostly... some traces of alcohol remain), and it has gas so -- you can compare these.

The only thing I don't like is that they have those awful artificial food coloring, but other than that they have the cane sugar and are really really good sodas.
