New employee, supervisor, boss making my life hard. Don't know what to do.
My manager hired a new employee 2 months ago who is currently on probation. My supervisor openly dislikes her from day 2 due to her being a perfectionist and overcompensation lady with big ideas and doesn’t really talk to her so everything ends up being a 3 way communication.

He tells me the details and I pass them on to her. When she has questions, she asks me and then I go to him. Basically, I’m stuck in the middle and have seen him complaining to my manager over her not listening and taking it easy.

I made a big mistake and it was because we failed to work as a team along with the frustrating 3 way communication, I’ve reached the point where I want to call my supervisor out and tell him we should work as a team. The employee was also saying "this wouldn't happen if I knew about this plan".

Her probation period is what’s holding me back from telling them to be upfront about keeping her and talk to her or find someone else they like so i can work and go home in peace.

MMM take her out on a date
Just take initiative and supervise her yourself. What do you need a supervisor for anyway?

Noway, I’d rather jump off a cliff than go on a date with a lady who has that overcompensating attitude.

Just bring her to a hotel and she'll submit to you afterwards.

I'm not a supervisor. I'm just a simple worker who have done my due showing her around. I just want to do the bare minimum and go home in peace without dealing with that.

I am not a supervisor.

I'm just a simple worker who have done my due showing her around. I want to do the usual bare minimum and go home in peace without dealing with that.
Oh okay. How strange.

Strange that you ask that.

Aren't supervisors like your boss?
Just tell them to fire her

Kind of but I guess most people want to take initiative and be respected by coworkers and get promotions and stuff.

That's all just bluster. It will wash away after 2 drinks.

I admire your mental fortitude.

I will never ask one out. She’d have to be really, really fun and interesting for that to happen which is unlikely to happen.
