Please tell me, which sites can make a normal gif from m4 video for free? I used one site before, but it stopped working properly, and there is no alternative. Most sites ask for payment, but there is no way to pay from Russia (sanctions). I need a site that can make a "normal" gif so I can choose its quality and size, thanks in advance.

I'm not 100% sure about M4 format. That's more a computer language?

Did you mean MP4 or M4V format for video?
