Well, this is a Steam forum. We couldn't do anything if you had a problem with Steam, but besides that, this forum is most certainly not an obvious choice for getting help on some banana.

This happens a lot on any site that sends registration codes to your email. Usually you just need to wait a few hours and it should show up. Also, check your spam folder, sometimes stuff like that ends up in there.

If it doesn't show up after a day, try to make an account again.

It happens when address sends too many emails to the same provider
Something that happen alot with these type, as well it has some rules

Always look in your spam before saying you did not get a mail (and recommend to even look from time to time just to be safe)

I got another problem. After I put my info and after I sign up, The whole page turns white for I don't know how much time, and It doesn't do anything, like if it froze up
