Not sure what cause he is pretending to champion but he is just making people not want to support it.

It may actually be important for the people living there since, you know, they are voting over something? Or is the vote thing a lie? Who knows. If there is it is very damaging. And this isn't the only cause they have messed with ... check their artwork, think the last one was in africa?

It's a referendum on whether or not the Aborigines and Torres Strait Islanders can participate in the Australian Parliament when it involves matters that pertain to Aborigines and Torres Strait Islanders. If it passes, then the Australian government will amend their constitution to reflect this and if not then nothing changes.
