Once every 3 to 4 months. Like a normal adult should.

Generally, every other day.

But, I also only eat once per day and don't generally eat that much, anyway.

I have been like that most of my adult life, regardless of activity level. It's not great, i guess, but it is what it is. /shrug

About once every 2-3 hours.

Once a day, sometimes every other day. I don't eat much anymore.

I have IBS. So if I'm excited or anxious about something....every day. Sometimes multiple times a day.

If I'm not...like every 4 days or so.
