So, what mouse do you use?
I use the R.A.T 5

Ok I made this post in 2012 but somehow it brought people from 2015.

I now use a zowie gear fk2 and switch to a logitech G600 when I play MMO's or mobas. I threw that RAT ♥♥♥♥ out ages ago.

Razer Naga, yeah I play a few mmo's and even for outside the mmo genre it comes in handy.

I use a £2.50 mouse from ASDA (wallmart now though I guess).

Works completely fine in every fps, even did some low level competative clan stuff back when tf2 was fairly new with a roughly similar one.

Never understood why people buy expensive ones, but having never used an expensive one I probably wouldnt,

I dunno, my R.A.T 5 was a present from my granddad (YES I KNOW) and I think the only difference is the 2 buttons, 1 says DPI, the other says PRECISION AIM.

bro... do you realize raising the dpi will slow the movement, you've got it backwards in your video. your precision aiming is probably raising the dpi. similar to having a longer joystick vs thumbsticks. or the reason why they sell those addons to your thumbsticks to make them longer.

at the point of contact where thumb meets stick, adding length to the stick will increase the amount of travel to achieve the same movement on screen as the shorter stick therefore increasing accuracy. think of the arc length as the dpi.

arc length - point of stick furthest from its base; made by someone moving the stick.

to put it simply. what motion do you use most when you move your mouse? i see you play cod. so, when you move your mouse, you're in effect turning your character. this isn't a linear motion.

while your motion of your hand is linear, on screen it is represented as an arc.

it's trigonometry.

even the kid giving the review talks about 'sniping' while using the precision button.
