[BUG] Can't login on SteamCMD if using some special characters in the password
Hi :)

I'm not exactly sure where to report such bug, but I'm just writing to report something that looks like a bug on the login process of SteamCMD.

I've not been able to login on SteamCMD with my current account that was containing a "$" as special character in my password.

The only way to login was to change the password to use another special character.

Once the "$" replaced by another special char, the login was successful.

I'm using the Windows version of SteamCMD, so I'm not sure if the Linux version is impacted or not.

I'm talking about not being able to login when my password is using a "$" as special character. If I change my password to replace this special character to another one, let's say "!", then I can login.

The point I'm trying to make here is that the "$" char in a password is not supported by SteamCMD

Thank you from the future! You saved me from testing all special characters in a randomly generated password.
