elaborate the bugginess., is steam starting up automatically when u turn ur machine on? when it launching are you getting a loading screen before the main panel pops up. is it freezing on the main panel or freezing on the loading panel before that? when it doesnt act up, is it normal fast and smooth to roll through or is it still buggy even when it makes it through loading? are you able to still launch games afterwards when it doesnt act up. also you could look into your hardware, make sure drivers and graphics stuff is all up to date maybe even windows 11 updates.. im currently on windows 10. i absolutely refuse 11 for steam and source engine contents.
