All downloads not downloading 0 bps
Hello,

I can't seem to download anything from steam. Any download is always stuck on 0 bps speed. I am sure my internet speed is very good. the problem is from steam.

I am in Lebanon. I tried changing download region and restart download cache, the problem still happens.

i also tried connecting to cellular data, still same problem

The only way it worked is when i connected to VPN.

Note: I asked my friend who is also in Lebanon and near my village. no problem from his side.

please help!

vpn would always only make things worse in any network based respect especially a gaming realm. youd always want a strong authentic connection usually direct if not wifi. are you talking about steamcmd and the source dedicated server systems or are you talking about steam games in your library?
