is anyone else having this problem? it's been usual for me now to have this fluctuating donwload speed, but now it's just annoying and i really dont know how to fix it. I've tried everything; redownloading steam, deactivating firewalls, getting rid of antiviruses. But it's still not gone, can anyone help?
