Last week, I couldn't open steam because it was moved or something, so I reinstalled steam. Before I reinstalled steam, I had 9 gb left on my storage with all of my games installed. However, when I opened steam, all of my games are uninstalled and my storage is still 9 gb. I didn't download anything big. I don't know if this is a steam problem or pc problem, I just want help.
