Hello, I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for an issue I am having on Icarus.

I created my main character for Icarus about 5 months ago and used her on my own Open World and other friends Open Worlds as well as Missions. I never experienced any issues.

About 5 weeks ago I rented a dedicated server from GPortal and hosted an Open World for my friends. I used my main character (rather than create a new one).

About 2 weeks ago I experienced an issue where I tried to load my dedicated server open world but got stuck at the ‘Preparing Geometry – Please Wait’ screen. I have waited up to 15 minutes but could never join. However, if I looked at my GPortal dashboard it showed that my character was on the Open World. I contacted GPortal and they fixed the issue by moving my server to another hardware, and that they had to disable the current savegame on the server.

Last week the same issue occurred but when GPortal tried the same fix it made no difference.
My friends are still able to access my dedicated server and today I created a new character, and she joined the game without issue but obviously starting at level 0.

I wondered if anyone may have any thoughts as to what has caused the issue and how it could be resolved?
