selling VIP on my server is legal and agrees to the terms of valve?
Hello guys,

i have one question.. I have plan to buy VDS and host any server of Counter Strike Global Offensive.. But VDS cost 120 dolars per month and i cant pay it for nothing.. Then i have a question: selling VIP on my server is legal and agrees to the terms of valve? Or not? Thank u guys. Sorry for eng.
