LINUX: MIC is not working after latest update of steam. 21 JULY 2019

Yesterday it was just fine, but today, after a steam update, which caused a Linux Update in sequence, the mic is not working. Anyone? Obs. I tested 2 headsets with high quality, but the input volume of the mic is 100% off.

I updated the Ubuntu 16 to 18.04 LTS and it worked again. I believe is something with the ubuntu! however it takes time and it might cause some little problem in the beggining with steam...but better than no mic!
