Buffer Overflow
Hello, everyone! if 20 users + are on the server (all talk) and talking at the same time, the IN net_graph goes over 4ooo, the pings go up sporadically, the server becomes laggy and people fly off the server with the message "buffer overflow" netchanel unknow net message 48 from 194.26.183.47 :27015

sounds like a malicious attack.. if you disable voice chat it will prevent it - or players that have the attacker muted will be immune to it
other than that, figure out who is doing it and ban them

if you are certain it is not someone attacking your server, try increase the allowed rate

thank you very much for your time! I can rule out attacks 100%!
when too many people talk at the same time, people fly! Above is the server ip there you can look at it!
find 20 people go to a server all press the voice button and just talk non-stop for 5 seconds then you can see what is happening on my server! we have a fun server where everyone talks back and forth sometimes and so the error buffer overflow follows.

my rates are
sv_maxrate 100000
sv_minrate 20000
