Created server don't appear on server list in steam

Hello, I created a CS:GO server but it is not visible in the list of servers, if you add it manually, you can connect. But people can't find my server in the list of all servers, I tried it myself, killed a lot of time...
The server is located on AWS

This url will query the steam api servers to see if the master server has it on the list at all, and maybe some more info, replace your ip with the XXX into the browser of your choice:
