fedora 36(kde) noisy ui
I have noisy ui on the steam launcher from times to time.
I dont know if it related but my command options for the launcher are __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia /usr/bin/steam
which is offload render with rpmfusion.
