So I've been trying to download the linux ark dedicated server, and since last night I've had all sorts of trouble downloading it. I even reformatted my whole linux box since I thought it was some kind of corruption, but even on a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 install when I try to install the server through steam command I get.

This is on a fresh install, so it's impossible that it already did a fresh install.
