Bug Downloading Half life Server over SteamCMD.
Many people are saying this and so im one of them aswell. there is an issue to download dedicated servers over Steamcmd. it downloads.. but not Completly. why is this a problem? because it doesent Download the Critical Parts in to hosting the Server. And Yes valve, we tried Doing 'App_update 90 Validate' a milion times now. (or atleast i did) Here is a Link

This is players helping players in here.
The only place to really complain at is the Steam Development Community.
I'll say something in the Server admin mailing list. a Valve coder / dev. might see it there.

This has been a problem for at least a couple months now. It's about time they fix it.
