Half-Life Alyx error please help T_T
For some reason I can't seem to be able to run my half life alyx . For example, when I try to run Half-Life Alyx, an error message pops up and says "CTier1AppSystemDict::SetModSubdir(): Application unable to load gameinfo.gi file from directory 'hlvr'!", and when I try to run Warframe a message pops up saying it couldn't load. Anybody know a way to fix this, by any chance?

Your install is corrupt, as you have guessed. Have you validated the local content from Steam?

You should have a content_log.txt in the logs subdirectory of your Steam install (usually ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/logs), can you gist it here?
