Hammer SDK Prop Hunt Blind Glitch
I have basically made a prop hunt map with Source SDK Hammer. The map works fine but every time the hunters get blinded, instead of seeing a black screen they see a glitching picture of the first frame they see as they spawn.
The frame acts sort of like the void, so when you pause the game or open the console, when you close them again, it looks like they're still open but aren't interactive. This glitch carries on until the hunters get unblinded.

This doesn't effect the gameplay much, but the problem is that since the hunters get the frame of the first thing they see, they know where they spawn (because it flashes up for 1 or 2 frames). This is a problem with my map because I have lots of surprise random spawns.

If anyone has a solution to this problem, I would be very greatful.

ADDITIONAL INFO: (that might effect it, I don't know)
The map has void underneath, (no skybox under the map)
The map has a 2D skybox
The map uses only stock textures and props that come with GMod and HalfLife 2.
The map was originally made in the Half Life 2 version of hammer, since I do not own a copy of CS:S downloaded on my hard drive.
