The main purpose is to learn about creating custom props. I would like to achieve this by creating a small MOD where most things would be custom made. My question here is: Would it be better to choose L4D2 as a base, than HL2? given the fact that is a more recent. And by better I mean, would it allow for a nicer looking MOD in the end? Maybe as for the needed developing tools, it might be better too?
