making hl2 mod need help
i have started to create a half life 2 modification called "the heist" and there are a couple features that i cannot resolve like i based it on source 2006 and on my menu for the game it doesn't have load a game or new game button it only has video stress test and i do not know how to resolve this so please help so that the buttons "new game" and "load game" show up at the start up menu because i am having to launch game via the console any help at all will be appreciated! thanks :)

Try looking in the file where the menu is defined from Half-Life 2 or some other game and copy stuff from it.
I don't remember off the top of my head which file it is but I think it's in the resources/ subdirectory of a mod's root.

with the creation off the mod?? im not sure this is my first mod and it is going to be quite difficult if you are willing to assist me knock yourself out.
