EDIT: ok, like a couple of my other posts, I'm gonna leave this post up even though I figured it out in case someone else can make use of the info considering NONE of the basic tutorials I've watched say anything about this. I just needed to add an HEV suit(item_suit I think).

Ok, this is all really confusing, but I've finally figured out how to make a basic map and add entities, etc... but when I play them I have no interfaces at all(health/armor bar, gun switching, etc.). Is this something I add in the Hammer Editor? I can't find a tutorial about this...
