Source SDK HELP!

Hello, I recently downloaded Source SDK because i want to try to make Garry's mod maps.
Do i have to have HL2?
I choose Engine Mod: Source Engine MP Current game: Counter-Strike:Source(because i dont have HL2 and it dont show Garry's mod).
Then i click Hammer editor and then it shows:
Setup File 'gameinfo.txt' doesn't exist in subdirectory 'c:/program files/steam/steamapps/net_strikeltu/counter-strike source/cstrike' Check your -game parameter or VCONFIG setting.
I cheked gameinfo.txt is there, what i have to do now?

When I choose Team Fortress 2 or Day Of Defeat:Source same thing happens

Due to steampipe conversion the source sdk is broken for CSS.

When I choose Team Fortress 2 or Day Of Defeat:Source same thing happens

TF2 and Day of Defeat were moved to Steampipe as well.

This will create You a *.BAT file that allows You to run Hammer etc.

Works fine for me and now I'm mapping again... ;-)
