I updated Portal today to the Steampipe version today and launched my Portal mod, Cloned Cube. It briefly opened and then an error message appeared saying "Could not load library client". I can open the old version of Source SDK just fine and I'm not even sure if the new Source SDK 2013 works with content-only mods for games like Portal that don't provide source code.
