L4D2 Authoring tools not starting
Hello,

This is a weird problem that I've never had before. I just reinstalled the L4D2 authoring tools and for some reason, it won't start. I started up L4D2 to make sure it was "updated" and all. But when I click to launch the tools, it shows briefly in my Steam window that it's loaded (green text, etc), but then nothing loads and my name goes back to blue...

Has something changed?

I see there's changes to the Source SDK and how that's loaded, but it doesn't seem to include L4D2's tools...

The sdklauncher won't start for me either but I assumed it had something to do with the Steam Pipe update, so I tried to run hammer.exe direct from the Left 4 Dead 2 bin folder and it gives me the following:

>hammer.exe - Entry Point Not Found
>The procedure entry point g_Telemety could not be located in the dynamic link library tier0.dll.
>[OK]

I tried on another computer and got the exact same thing for both the sdklauncher and directly using hammer, which makes me think the update broke something having to do with 64 bit machines but I really don't know. Would really like to start using the l4d2 authoring tools and I'm fine if it's just an update I'm waiting on but I would like to at least know. Thanks for any responses to this post or the op in advance.
