I didn't get much response in the workshop discussion, so I'm trying again here;

There would be nice if there was a category on workshop for maps that are under development, sort of like what they have on http://gamebanana.com/wips . That way we could post our projects, and those who want could subscribe and try it out. Steam's way of handling updates on the workshop is perfect for this kind of testing. I think this could ultimately lead to higher quality maps, as the mappers would get valuable feedback from the community during the design process. What do you think?
