no grid and unable to build

i have no grids on my 3 views
since there no grids i can not build anything
i tryed looking around but i found no fix

Same thing I have, has to do with valve's update of halloween. Causes rendering problems with models that already exist in a map. It appears to also be more than one person affected. Valve is the only one who can fix it here.
