Windows(c) belongs in the 00's and better support for MacOS and GNU should be a priority.
That was my first thought but I couldn't figure out how to contact them... they don't seem to want our feedback. Can you please point me in the direction of how to open a ticket?
I find that surprising, but it doesn't matter: It's in everyone's best interests to only suggest games to me that I can actually buy.
Another solution is to click on the search button without writing anything and getting a full list. Then you can choose macOS as platform, category, language and other things. Then you can sort the result by release date or other options. If you click on any title and then go back the list/page looks exactly the same with the options you chose.
Nah, you don't hate it - you yearn for it.
Macintosh is not exactly affordable for 99% of the world population. Don't average out your surroundings, but account for Billions of people in the underdeveloped countries. If you consider that Apple computers are even more expensive on other currencies, due to many factors (undervalued compared to the dollar, import taxes, etc), you'll understand its never meant to be popular.
GNU/Linux, however, is just as awesome as Mac and can run in any PC. I'm not hurt or saddened by the fact that its growing - I use it too!
As for Linux in the general sense, Android is already the most used Operating System on the planet. Just think how many people in the Global South don't have computers but use cellphones regularly (and they're not using iPhones, for the reasons above).
Unix-like OSs are better for everything, including general daily use.
For a whole set of other reasons, Microsoft still has got a grip on the PC market, but that doesn't mean that is about quality (its obviously not) or that it will perdure (I'm hoping that it isn't).
In any way or form, liking or disliking these facts, Mac and GNU users buy more than Windows users. We're small in numbers, but we spend more.
50% of all of those Windows machines in the Steam Survey may as well be bots and public and cybercafe computers that some kid installed the client to play when not at home.
