Starting hiccup
With the recent Steam update for Mac, there's a strange hiccup upon starting. The app opens to the Steam Store as usual and brings up the usual pop-up window advertising a game. I used to click the red button on that window and it would disappear and then I'd launch a Steam game. But now when I click the red button on the pop-up, Steam crashes and restarts. I'm on a Mac Studio running the latest version of Sequoia.

I'm having similar problems with my Mac running Sequoia, but for me, it's starting up Steam for running Windows games via the Whisky emulator.

For more details..... Update seems to have broken steam access for me when using Mac OS with Whisky emulator to run windows games. When I try to start Steam, I get error message: "Steam Encountered an unexpected error on startup (0x3008) and the options to (1) restart Steam, (2) restart steamwebhelper, and (3) Exit steam.

Doing #1 and #2 doesn't help. Exiting and restarting the program or rebooting the computer doesn't help.
