I installed SteamVR and followed instruction here

I installed SteamLink in my Quest2 and lauched it.
My Quest 2 is in the same network as my Mac (running Ventura 13.5.2), and it's also connected via USBC

SpeamLink asks to select computer; and I do see my computer as an option.
when clicked, it says:
Streaming VR is not available from that Computer

what am I missing?
