Well it's not iOS 26, but instead it is macOS 26 Tahoe.

Try reinstalling the game or checking if the devs have released a patch yet. You can also report it to them directly if it keeps crashing.

Hello, installing the last Steam Client from their official page, replacing the old Steam.app by the new one.
Launching it, go to settings, then Interface, then check Steam Beta update
And Restart the Steam Client, should fix it.

Check the other Steam community discussion that talks a lot more about 26 versions beta devs from Apple and some games and software that works or not.

Never use a Beta on your daily system. Create a separate volume for testing. After all it's only a beta for developers, not even a public beta. Many apps won't work.
