Why get a Mac? get a Windows PC, because they both cost the same (mostly) and all games on steam run on windows

You're logged in to wrong account on your new Mac. The account you're posting from owns no games.

That can't be true, purchases don't magically vanish. Check e-mail and the usernames, there must be a difference.

If you have a favorite game that happens to be one that runs in Steam on a Mac with a current chipset, you’ll wonder why developers don’t port all of their stuff to run on both OSes. The difference in heat and noise is remarkable, and even more impressive is battery life in the MacBook. I can sit with mine in my lap for hours with no earplugs and not having to take a break from the heat every 10 minutes. I’ll always have my trusty Wintel machine, but for gaming there’s just no comparison. Now if we can just get all games to work in Steam on ARM machines.
