First you have to check if your games work on Apple Silicon natively or with the help of tools like Crossover and if the performance is good enough. It also depends on which Mac you can buy and how that performs. Check out MrMacRight and Andrew Tsai on YT for some tests.

Hello, like Homy said, check if each of your game works on macOS (Apple Silicon based)

They are website that talks about games that are compatible, the one I use if AppleGamingWiki, it tells you the current state of the game on Wine (Whisky), Crossover (Paid version of wine) or in Virtualisation (using Parralels).
AppleGamingWiki : https://www.applegamingwiki.com/wiki/Home

But you can also install in DualBoot Asahi Linux OS, which is a custom linux for Apple silicon Macs, not all features are working on Asahi but can try it if you want on their site.
But check if the Mac you want to buy is in the compatibility list, if not you can try but at your risk
Asahi Linux : https://asahilinux.org

You also can use Parallels, but I personally hate a lot paying a software just to run a Windows 11 iso inside virtualisation, It's hate Microsoft, you probably hate Microsoft as well.

Have a good day, see ya
