I'm talking about the caret or I-beam cursor, NOT my mouse pointer. This happens for all text fields, including new thread or thread reply boxes, but ONLY if I navigate to those pages via links in the Steam Client. Example:
1. Click on a thread
2. Click on the Reply box
>I don't see text cursor
3. If I now refresh the page then I WILL see the text cursor in the reply box

This might seem minor, but it's very frustrating for writing anything but the shortest/most trivial responses.
