Categories Not Syncing between PC and Mac
I log into Steam on Windows 7 and create categories and assign games into those categories. When I log in my Mac computer, the categories are gone.

They're not syncing between PC and Mac versions of Steam. What's the fix?

Actually, it looks like whenever I open Steam on my Mac, it deletes all my categories, and then syncs these deleted categories back to Windows Steam. So, all my work done in Windows categorizing things are wiped out the minute I load up Mac Steam.

Bug or feature? Anyone else notice this?:nogo:

hmmm I have PC steam and Mac Steam. I created categories for PC GAMES and MAC GAMES and PC DEMOS and I see them on both. But I have to Click "ALL GAMES" under library to see all categories.

I have similar problem. Linux -> Win/Mac synced ok, then I changed some categories on Mac and they didn't sync back to Windows (haven't checked Linux yet).
