The steam client closes and reopens itself while it is in the background. It happens every minute or so when not using steam client and idling, playing. The steam app itself doesn't close, but the window itself closes and then reopens on the preferred start location, this happens even while playing steam games. It isn't crashing, i've reinstalled steam completely and that didn't help. I am quite confused and would like some help.
