Refund on a new game
I recently purchased a game within the last 6 days. Just yesterday it went on sale and was told I could receive a refund if the game was purchased within 14 days and had less than 2 hours of game play. I have accumulated only 25 minutes on the game and when I request the refund, it says they cannot refund me as I have exceeded more than hours on the game. Dos anyone have any suggestions?

Manual refund:
Help > Purchases > click on game > "i've question about ..." > fill contact form

Be polite; describe your problem; specify the reason why you want a refund.
Whatever decision you will get, will be the final one.
