Secret recipe for okroshka
Boiled potatoes — 3–4 pcs.
🥒 Fresh cucumbers — 2–3 pcs.
🥚 Boiled eggs — 4 pcs.
🧼 Boiled sausage or boiled meat (e.g. chicken, beef) — 300 g
🌿 Greens (dill, green onions, parsley) — to taste
🧂 Salt — to taste
🌶 Black pepper — to taste (optional)
🥛 Kefir — 1 l
💧 Cold water (or mineral water) — 0.5 l (for diluting kefir)
🍋 Lemon juice or vinegar — 1–2 tsp. (to taste)




Preparation:
Prepare the ingredients:
Cut the potatoes, eggs and sausage/meat into cubes.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes or strips.
Chop the greens.

Mix everything:
In a large bowl, mix all the chopped ingredients.
Add salt and, if you like, a little pepper.



Add liquid:
In a separate bowl, mix kefir and water (you can adjust the thickness to taste).
Add a little lemon juice or vinegar - this will add a sour taste.


Pour in the kefir mixture:
Pour the kefir over the vegetables and meat and mix thoroughly.



Cool:
Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
