If you have access to the account

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. If points were stolen, do a password RESET to cancel the awards/points before they are delivered

Please review how you are logging into Steam or handling your log in information. You somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.

After you have secured the account, please edit your profile back to normal by hitting the EDIT PROFILE button if it was altered by the hijacker/scammer. Report any accounts involved if possible.

stolen items are not returned per steam policy, report the accounts the items went to if possible

If you have lost access to the account

Account Recovery
Make sure you are completely logged out of Steam before you start the recovery process

When doing an account recovery, do not try to rush thru the process. Trying to rush thru normally results in information being missed and time wasted. Take your time and read everything.

Here is a guide that another Steam user was kind enough to make. It will help you navigate your way thru the recovery process if you are having any problems.

While waiting for support to return the account, figure out how you gave away the account log in (if you havent already done so). All 3rd party sites are USE AT OWN RISK.
so i don’t give a sh*t if my items will not be returned, shi**y steams policy allowing someone to stole from you and do nothing if something already was stolen

the no return policy exists because people would fake having their stuff stolen for various reasons. steam got tired of it and shut the abuse down by not restoring scammed/stolen items.

you need to figure out how you gave someone else access to the account.
i didn’t give anyone access to my account and someone stole my items so somehow it is possible. Sending my items to 150 difference accounts in one day isn’t normal. For what ♥♥♥♥ there is a ban for 2 weeks for traded items when steam don’t return any of it

@Wolf Knight already told you that in first post - phishing or malware.
