refund, steam ignoring
I'm sending a request for a refund and Steam is ignoring me, I haven't played this game, not even minutes, it meets all standards, please help

Could be possible its been over 2 weeks ago you bought the game.

Be more precise - by "ignoring it",you mean that tickets are closed without response or what?
I don’t think it’s just you — they’re taking a bit longer than usual to get back to tickets. It’s usually super quick. I’m experiencing the same thing, so you’re definitely not alone.

If it's been 2 weeks after you bought it or you have more then 2 hours on the game or both, you can't refund it. That's just how it works.
Everyone is refunding the games they thought they wanted from summer sale let it take a couple of days for response. If you put in the request when you had less than 2 weeks since purchase you'll still probably be able to get a refund if you explain the situation because the last thing Steam wants is something like that on their plate

Tickets being closed without a response is sign your account is compromised.

Follow these Steps:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the API Key)

After following the steps try to submit the refund request again.
