what is the status of the funds? if they are being HELD, then you have to wait till the cooldown expires and they become available. waiting till the end of a major sales event normally results in disappointment because something unexpected happens.

the funds already in the wallet and they good, but i need to insert a credit card before using TN region. the problem is I just got my credit card and its not yet activated for somereason :(

are you sure they are asking for a credit card and not just a valid billing address?

if your credit card is not activated, there is nothing anyone can do. you need to contact your credit card company and find out why its not activated.
