steam just totally legitimize scums on steam trades by canceling trades ?
why i m not surpriced?

Unfortunatelly , yes. The idea is terrible. The execution is even worse.

according to my expirience with steam support they always support thiefs and never support my account.
after my account was hacked - they return it to me in few days after lots of questions, but they instantly give my account to thief after simple request "my mom will be upset"
even when steam support was given my account to the thief and thief stole all my gifts - steam support say that they dont care about it and have no responcibility with it
