If using a browser:
• Clear cookies + cache (or try Incognito/Private mode)
• Log out of Steam → close browser → reopen → log in again.
• If using Steam desktop client:
• Fully exit Steam (Right-click tray icon → Exit Steam)
• Reopen Steam and try the Trade Offers page again.
• Test the Trade Offers page from:
• Steam on a browser
• Steam mobile app
• Steam desktop client
Sometimes one works even if the others are bugged
• Go to: https://steamstat.us
• See if “Community” or “Trade” servers are having issues, they often do after updates
Sometimes Steam gets confused right after a market purchase. If you bought items recently
• Go to Inventory
• Try removing them from your market listings or just wait a few hours
Steam sometimes locks trade functionality temporarily to confirm transactions
Make sure that
• Your account isn’t Limited (like email unverified, Steam Guard off, etc.)
• No mobile confirmation issues (pending confirmations stuck, etc.)
• Check for Steam Guard cooldowns (15-day trade hold if Guard was recently turned on)

Here are a few things you can try that might fix it:
1. Clear your browser cache + cookies (or try Incognito mode).
2. Try accessing trade offers from a different browser (Chrome or Firefox usually work best).
3. If you're using the Steam client, try logging out and back in .or access the trade offers through the Steam mobile app, sometimes that still works even when the web is bugged.
4. Check your Steam inventory privacy settings (should be Public for trades).
5. If you accepted multiple trades quickly, it might’ve temporarily flagged your account for cooldown or syncing issues. Just wait it out 6–12 hours max . it usually comes back on its own.
If it stays broken past that, you might want to submit a ticket to Steam Support . but it’s likely just temporary from Steam’s side.
update: on a random refresh it suddenly loaded. but subsequent ones go back to error. so i think refreshing it time to time will land you to a loaded page once until entire bug is fixed.
