Screenshots Location

Hi, i am running steam version 1751405894 and for the life of me i cannot find where i can set the location where the screenshots are saved.

I do see an option called "Save an external copy of my screenshots" for which i can set a location but I do not understand the option, does it mean that it will save the screenshot in the original location -AND!- the location i specify?

If yes, what good is that??!
I remember when i could just go to the Ingame tab and set the location, done.

Original screenshots are saved in the steam servers and the external copy is located to wherever folder you put via External screenshots folder, is that what you're asking?

Only ones you upload are stored on Steam's servers.

They are stored locally in Steam\userdata\<User ID>\760\remote\<App ID>\screenshots

Whereas the uncompressed copies you can save locally where ever.

If you choose to "Save an external copy of my screenshots" you will have them both.
