game is playing in slow motion
why is it that the euro truck simulator game is having glitches is it because i open it without internet or what

Internet doesn't matter if you're not playing that game with other people.
Try changing graphics settings, turning off shadows and lowering your resolution to 1280x720 or lower.
If it's still slow you should try closing every program except steam while you play the game.
If it still doesn't fix it then you should try disabling some DLC's if you have any.
Otherwise you can try uninstalling and downloading the game again.

If all of that doesn't work then you maybe have to get a stronger pc? You should also try to ask in the discussion for Euro truck simulator because you are in the general steam discussion here.
