Refund Help
What do I do, super mad it takes 7 days to refund my money to steam wallet. I ask for an upgrade after i realize i can buy the deluxe edition tonight for Killing Floor 3

You can request a refund for games on Steam as long as you've played them for less than 2 hours and the refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, you have to to it through Steam Support
