Steam Support question
Hi guys !

So today I got someone I never talked to adding me on steam saying that he reported me on accident cause he got scammed and though it was me. After talking to this person a bit he tells me to contact NBlue on discord (Supposedly a Steam Support Agent) cause my account will probably get perma ban.

After talking with said Nblue on discord , he asks me to send him my History Purchase. I told him I was uncomfortable sending this and that I have no way of knowing if he's a real Steam Support Agent. He sent me a ''Steam Certificate'' with his name Nathaniel Blue but i've never seen one of those certificate before since i've never really dealt with steam support before. So , I sent him anyway (Maybe a mistake) and now he's asking me to log off steam and my steam authenticator on my phone to run a scan to see if I really did some scam/illegal purchase on the platform.

Can someone please help me ? I feel like this is scam but at the same time i don't want to lose my account due to a mistake.

I couldn't find any email address to write to, please help.

Steam Support or Valve Employees will NEVER contact you through Steam Chat or Discord.

Hopefully if you've sent a Steam Support Ticket they will help restore your account as fast as possible.

and where can I send it?

You have to open a ticket to steam support, not an email. You do that through the support tab on Steam

I can't find the ticket. :(
